Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis gives us a useful set of tools that can be used in a wide range of contexts in both personal and professional settings. TA helps us to understand ourselves and others better and empowers us to make choices that work well for us and others rather then slipping in to old unconscious patterns of behaviour. TA is used worldwide and works well across differing cultures.

The courses we offer range from the 2 day internationally recognised TA101 right through to a four year training leading to national and international recognition, we also offer in house training for organisations and educational establishments. We have a team of qualified and experienced trainers, supervisors, coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists to facilitating learning and development using TA.
