Courses

We offer a range of courses for individuals and organisations wanting to learn about psychological health and wellbeing.

We work both from our training premises at Plumpton College, Sussex (with occasional workshops held in Chelwood Gate) and in house depending on the needs of the client. From our premises we offer courses in counselling, psychotherapy, mindfulness, supervisions and other subjects. In house we tailor our courses to the needs of the organisation or educational establishments.

“Brilliant, I  would recommend studying here to anyone!” Marcus John Walters
