Stay Connected with Transactional Analysis

Tuesday TA Talks is our fabulous new online project.

These are tough times for a lot of people and it’s important to stay connected, engaged and inspired. Tuesday TA Talks are online talks, presentations and discussions about Transactional Analysis.

The next event is on Tuesday 31st March 2020, where we will be discussing Psychobiological Hungers. Eric Berne identified what he called “six hungers” that act as fundamental drivers that push us into action: Stimulus, Recognition, Contact, Sexual, Time Structure, Incident.

TA students can log this as 1 hour of TA training, other therapists 1 hour of CPD and anyone else can just enjoy !

How Can I Join?

Click on the “Book This Course” tab, when it appears, to book your space (spaces are limited to 100).  This takes you through to the Eventbrite booking system where we have three price levels of ticket (see below) and you will receive an email confirmation.

This is an online event, using the Zoom platform. Ideally you will need access to a laptop or computer with a working webcam and microphone as well as a good internet connection although these can also be accessed on a phone or tablet.

Is there a cost?

Many people are struggling with the financial impact of Coronavirus. For many years we have offered a Link Centre Matty Atty Bursary in honour of a student who died called Matty Atkinson. This bursary fund is used to support students going through financial hardship to help with their fees to complete training.

All ticket money taken from this event (minus Eventbrite/paypal fees) will be put into the bursary fund. We have priced three levels of tickets which we hope will suit all pockets – please choose your ticket level according to your means and your ticket money will go to a good cause. Should you wish to cancel your place we cannot reimburse your fee but you are welcome to join another week for £2 if you choose.
