Claire Ward
Claire is a therapist, tutor and supervisor working with adults, children and young people. She completed her psychotherapy training at The Link Centre and her under 18s core training at the specialist London institutes: Terapia and The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education.
Claire works as a therapist in a school supporting vulnerable children, and in private practice supporting adults, children, young people and their families. In the past she has worked as a therapist in schools, university, and a community counselling service; prior to training, Claire worked in education and community settings with children and families who experienced difficulties, particularly around neurodivergence and disability needs. This has remained an area of interest, along with gender, sexuality and relationship issues.
Claire’s supervisory practice includes work for a migrant support charity as well as counsellors. Claire has tutored at The Link Centre and in Kent, where she lives with family and two very loved pets!
