The supervision diploma is for those who have significant experience working as a practitioner. It teaches theoretical ideas about supervision as well as practical applications of taught concepts. The diploma in supervision covers topics such as the supervisory relationship, working ethically, differing models of supervision, philosophy of supervision, responsibility and more.
Supervising can be enriching, stimulating and rewarding. We prepare participants to take this next step in their professional development in a supportive collegial environment.
During our course, we ensure an in-depth and interactive learning experience to explore the different facets of a supervisory role.
Our course is suitable for counsellors and psychotherapists, but it is also suitable for those working in education and other healthcare professionals such as teachers, social workers and mental health workers.
These courses have been developed to be in line with BACP standards for supervisory training. We ensure that our participants are positioned to apply to BACP for accreditation as a supervisor should they so wish.
For professionals with substantial experience who want to develop and enhance their career by gaining a qualification to supervise across different modalities and approaches.
