Psychotherapy and Spirituality – an Exploration of the Bigger Picture Masterclass

For many years I became increasingly aware that my psychotherapy journey excluded the spiritual dimension. For the last ten years or so I have immersed myself in learning about ancient and modern wisdom traditions and developing a spiritual practice culminating in my ordination as an interfaith minister. I am also a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst, a psychoanalytically trained psychotherapist with a training in Jungian Supervision.

Are you interested to explore the transpersonal dimension to the human condition and on our mental health?

Do you want to connect with other people who share this longing?

Come and join us for the day. We will explore the following themes and also leave space for what emerges in the group.

  • The nature of longing and its role in the spiritual journey.
  • The concept of home and what it may mean for us.
  • Dualistic thinking and Non-Duality.
  • Inter connectivity, individualism and individuation.
  • Do you have a soul what does it tell you about your life’s purpose?
  • The nature and purpose of practice, devotional and contemplative.

Group Participation

Each member of the group is invited to think about the most important question that they have in relation to the topic. What is it that you want to come away having explored? We also will have a session entitled ‘Bring it to the altar’ where each participant will be invited to bring an item, reading, photograph or poem that symbolises their spiritual selves.
