Sam Carbon is a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist, author, and educator and the founder of Samantha Carbon Therapy. She leads Baker Street Therapy, a diverse therapy practice based in Central London. Sam has created a vibrant, multicultural practice that embraces diversity and inclusivity.
Sam’s professional expertise lies in harnessing her vast people skills, honed from years in the corporate and voluntary sectors, to support individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, cultural identity, gender dysphoria, work-related stress, compulsive behaviours as well as self-esteem issues through compassionate and innovative approaches.
Her compassionate approach is deeply rooted in supporting clients, supervisees, and trainees break free from limiting beliefs, encouraging a capacity to live more fully, while also embracing their individuality and unique life experiences. Through her private practice, she offers tailored therapeutic services to corporates, groups and couples, fostering personal growth and resilience. Same believes in the potential for everyone to change and grow under the shared human experience.
In addition to her practice, she is a primary tutor at The Link Centre and TA East Institute. She has the experience of being a primary tutor at The Metanoia Institute London, where she continues to support the next generation of therapists.
